Hoisin-Glazed Salmon
2 T hoisin sauce
mix
coat
bake 10–12 minutes at 425°F
1 T soy sauce
1 t sesame oil
¼ t pepper
4 4-oz salmon fillets, about 1″ thick
Mix all the stuff up except the fish.
Coat fish with sauce
Bake 10–12 minutes at 425°F
