Duck Confit

1 bag of frozen duck confit legs (2 legs) thaw 24 hours immerse 15 minutes broil 10 minutes
1 big pot of water   boil remove from heat  
  1. Thaw for 24 hours.
  2. Bring pot of water to boil. Remove from heat.
  3. Immerse duck bag for 15 minutes.
  4. Broil until crispy, about 10 minutes or so.
