Brown Sugar Poppyseed Cake

1 c milk combine and soak
20 minutes
  combine fold pour bake at 350°F 45 - 50 minutes
1 T vinegar
½ c poppy seeds
2½ c flour combine
2 t baking powder
1 t baking soda
½ t salt
1 c margarine cream beat
1½ c brown sugar
4 egg yolks  
1 t vanilla
4 egg whites beat until stiff
4 t brown sugar combine
1 T cinammon
  1. Soak poppyseeds in milk and vinegar for 20 minutes
  2. Mix flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt
  3. Cream margarine and 1½ c brown sugar
  4. Add egg yolks and vanilla to margarine and sugar
  5. Add flour to creamed mixture in two batches, alternating with milky poppyseeds
  6. Beat egg whites until stiff peaks form
  7. Combine cinnamon and 4 t brown sugar
  8. Pour half the batter into a tub pan
  9. Sprinkle cinnamon mixture on batter
  10. Pour remaining batter into pan
  11. Bake at 350°F for 45–50 minutes
