Brazilian Cheese Balls

1 egg pulse bake 20 minutes at 400°F
40 g (¼ c) olive oil
⅔ c milk
180 g (1½ c) tapioca flour
46 g (½ c) grated cheddar cheese
½ t salt
  1. Pulse in blender until completely combined.
  2. Divide into 12-cup muffin tin.
  3. Bake 20 minutes at 400°F, until tops are lightly browned.
