Bird's Nest Cookies

¾ c margarine, room temperature make into dough roll into balls and push hole in top fill bake at 325°F 13-15 minutes
½ c brown sugar
½ c fine coconut
2 egg yolks
2 c flour
1 t vanilla
pinch of salt
raspberry jam  
  1. Turn everything but jam into dough
  2. Roll into ball, push hole in middle, and put in jam
  3. Bake at 325°F until golden brown on bottom, about 13-15 minutes
