Almond Logs

1 c butter mix roll bake 30 minutes at 300°F shake to coat
4 heaping T sugar
2 c flour
1 generous t almond extract
1 c ground almonds (100 g)
1 c sugar  
1 paper bag
  1. Preheat oven to 300°F
  2. Mix everything but the last cup of sugar
  3. Roll into logs (16 g each)
  4. Bake 30 minutes
  5. Put sugar in a paper bag and shake the baked logs to coat
