Marble Cheesecake

1¾ c chocolate cookie crumbs stir press bake 10 minutes at 300°F cool dollop swirl bake at 300°F for 1 hour
3 T sugar
4 T butter, melted
1½ c semi-sweet chocolate chips melt mix
24 oz cream cheese at room temperature beat beat beat mix divide
¾ c sugar  
3 eggs     dollop
½ c sour cream  
2 t vanilla
  1. Stir together crumbs, sugar, and melted butter.
  2. Press moist crumbs into spring form pan.
  3. Bake at 300°F for 10 minutes.
  4. Cool.
  5. Melt chocolate and set aside.
  6. Beat cream cheese until smooth and fluffy.
  7. Gradually beat in sugar.
  8. Beat in eggs, one at a time.
  9. On low speed, mix in the sour cream and vanilla.
  10. Pour half the batter into a separate bowl and stir in the melted chocolate.
  11. Leaving space for the vanilla batter, make large dollops of chocolate batter on the crust.
  12. Dollop in the vanilla batter.
  13. Swirl the batters together to make a pretty pattern.
  14. Bake a 300°F for 1 hour or until barely set.
  15. Cool and refrigerate before serving.
