Banana Sour Cream Bread

2 T white sugar combine dust greased loaf pans   divide into pans bake 45 minutes at 300°F
½ t ground cinnamon
2¼ c all-purpose flour mix mix mix mix
1 t ground cinnamon
¼ t salt
1½ t baking soda
3 oz (weight) butter cream mix
1½ c white sugar
1½ eggs  
3 very ripe bananas, mashed
8 oz sour cream
1 t vanilla extract
½ c chopped walnuts (optional)  
  1. Grease two small loaf pans.
  2. Combine first amounts of sugar and cinnamon and use to dust pans.
  3. Combine flour, remaining cinnamon, salt, and cinnamon in a medium bowl.
  4. Cream butter and larger amount of sugar.
  5. Mix eggs, banana, sour cream, and vanilla extract into butter mixture.
  6. Add flour mixture to banana mixture, taking care not to overmix.
  7. Add walnuts, if using.
  8. Divide batter itno prepared pans.
  9. Bake 50 minutes at 300°F, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
